At first glance I thought The O2 Diet was something about oxygen. I had visions of oxygen merchandise (like $4.95 bags of oxygen that you could heat in the microwave). The O2 Diet, by nutritionist Keri Glassman, is actually about anti-oxidants.
New York based Glassman wrote the Snack Factor Diet back in 2007 – which was essentially an approach based on eating 5 meals a day.
The new diet is based around a food’s anti-oxidant levels.
