But, there’s good news this week from a UK study by the Institute of Food Research. Scientists have shown that frozen vegetables retain more nutrients, which are “locked in” when the produce is frozen, soon after picking.

They’re gross. No one REALLY knows what’s in hotdogs. But at every barbecue, carnival, and Fourth of July, you’ll find hotdogs. And, kids love them. That’s the problem.
Doctors insist the hotdog shape presents the perfect choking hazard for kids, so they want hotdogs to be “redesigned.”

It’s a scandal.
McDonald’s New Zealand are about to use the Weight Watchers logo on their menu boards and tray mats. According to the chief executive of McDonald’s NZ it’s a “noble cause”.
Three meals: Chicken McNuggets, Filet-O-Fish and a chicken wrap will be labeled with the Weight Watchers logo.
