Open Question: does this sound like this diet would work?
Friday, August 15th, 2008I have though of a diet and i’m not sure if it will work so i’m asking you.
If you keep a journal on what you eat and the calorie amount you will have an idea of how much you are taking in right. And you have to choose how many calories you would like to eat each day. here’s the catch you can eat over the amount you choose. say if you want to eat 1,000 calories a day and you eat 1,300 so you know that you have to burn 300 calories. and of course i know it’s not healthy to only eat 1,000 calorie but that was just an example. I don’t know if this would work and I have some exercising rules too. work out each day for as long as you need to. but instead of going to the gym do some more mental and physical workouts, do yoga or strength and stretching. and a few tips only eat in the kitchen so that you don’t start eating like crazy. and i have a few healthy low calorie and carb recipes to but they are very long, well they are actually a few from the 5 factor diet. so do you think that this diet would work and please be honest i can take it
